Akello Isabella developed a cough in March which kept getting worse with time. When she went to the hospital for medication and tests, she was diagnosed with Ovarian cancer, Lung cancer and Spleen cancer.

She is currently admitted in Mulago hospital where she is receiving treatment and care. The 60 million shillings is required for covering treatment and operation costs.
